We’re often asked, “What is the order of the Harry Potter Books?” It’s hard to believe there are kids (or adults for that matter) who haven’t yet read them all. And while you can certainly pick up any one of these books and be entertained by it. It’s probably best to start at the beginning and work your way through the series. You won’t be disappointed. These books are fun for any age but as you progress through the series, they do get darker. (That’s another reason to work your way from the beginning.) My son, Daniel, was a kindergartner when the first book came out so he grew up with this series. I always say that he learned to read on Harry Potter. I would read a couple of chapters to him and after I fell asleep, he would continue on his own.
So here they are, listed in order, for your enjoyment. They are all highly recommended. Check out the review of Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix, written by by Daniel.
